Criteria for Membership of the PBAAA

1. Applicants to be nominated by member and complete application form.

2. Membership committee of three (3) to make decision on appointment of a new member, with casting xxvote resting with the president.

3. Applicants must be fully licensed real estate agents in the state they operate within.

4. Applicants must have a minimum two years experience as a buyer's agent.

5. Applicants must have minimum 5 years property or related industry experience.

6. Applicants must be an exclusive buyer's agency.

7. Applicants must provide full disclosure of any prior offences.

8. Applicants must hold professional indemnity Insurance.
